Who we are

Worza is operated by İrem Aydın, an individual developer, who is the data controller for your personal data. For any privacy question, write to support@worza.app.

What data we process

• Guest identity. Opening the app creates an anonymous account automatically. We do not ask for a name, email or phone number.
• Sign in with Apple (optional). If you link your account we store the unique identifier Apple provides. We do not request name or email.
• Game data. Your daily results, streak, progression summaries and multiplayer match results. Your streak and rank are used to show you on leaderboards.
• Technical data. Crash and performance records. They never contain the words you guessed, answers, room codes or opponents' letters.
• Push token. If you allow reminders, needed to deliver notifications.

What we use it for

To run the game, serve the daily word and leaderboards, manage multiplayer matches, prevent cheating and abuse, and fix bugs. We show no ads, do not sell your data and do not track you for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on Google Firebase in a European region (europe-west3, Frankfurt). Firebase is a service provider processing data on our behalf.

Retention

• Private match gameplay data: about 7 days.
• Operational logs: about 30 days.
• Daily results and progression summaries: until you delete your account.
• Backups: may remain in backups for up to about 30 days after deletion.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete and object to processing of your data. You can delete your account from Profile in the app; see account deletion. For other requests email us. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Worza is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we update this policy we will publish it here with a new date.
